Governing Structure
ASBA’s governing structure includes the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, four Board Committees, the Secretary General and the Secretariat staff.
The Secretariat of the Association is the management body of the Association and has a team of experts specialized in the different areas of services offered to the Members.
The Secretary General is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day operational management and supports the institutional representation of ASBA to external organizations, in addition to managing the internal programs of the Association.
The Secretariat is located in Mexico City.
