The objective of the webinar is to present the document recently prepared by the Bank of Spain at ASBA’s request, which addresses the transformative role of technology in financial supervision and proposes key principles for designing SupTech roadmaps. Some of these principles include governance, decision-making structures, the formation of multidisciplinary teams, and international collaboration, among others. This session aims to provide a practical perspective for banking supervisory authorities to strengthen their capacities, promote innovation, and improve efficiency in their processes.

The document “CORE PRINCIPLES FOR DESIGNING A SUPTECH ROADMAP” has already been circulated and presented to ASBA’s Committees and Board of Directors, and it will soon be published on ASBA’s website in both English and Spanish.
