The objective of the course is to provide regional authorities with an overview of the revised version of the Basel Core Principles for Effective Banking Supervision, which came into effect in April 2024.
This will help strengthen their institutional capacities and facilitate reflection on regulatory and supervisory frameworks in accordance with the minimum requirements proposed by this Basel standard.
The course is aimed at mid-level and senior officials of the supervisory and regulatory authorities whose functions are directly related to banking supervision and regulation.
